What we do in our firm is we offer a free Copyright consultation, you can come in, we will look at your invention, we will quickly try to see if it’s been done before. If we can’t find it easily, we’ll go on and for a fee, we will actually do a professional search and we’ll see if your invention’s been done before.

If it has not, our recommendation is to file a patent application, but please try to keep it secret.
