Mr. Stemer holds degrees from the University of Innsbruck, Austria (M.A.), from Florida International University (B.S., physics), from Kennedy Western University (Ph.D.), and from Nova Southeastern University (J.D., magna cum laude). Mr. Stemer has more than thirty years experience in patent law and he is board certified as an expert in intellectual property law (Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization). Sarah M. StemerSarah M. Stemer graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2006 with majors in History and German Language. During college, she was appointed to the National Honor Society and received multiple Dean’s List awards. Ms. Stemer studied abroad at the University of Koblenz-Landau and, after graduating, she interned in the patent department at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany. Ms. Stemer graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010. While in law school, she interned at the Office of the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit.
