Sarah M. Stemer

Sarah M. Stemer graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2006 with majors in History and German Language. During college, she was appointed to the National Honor Society and received multiple Dean’s List awards. Ms. Stemer studied abroad at the University of Koblenz-Landau and, after graduating, she interned in the patent department at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany.

Ms. Stemer graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010. While in law school, she interned at the Office of the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit. She was also a member of the Law School Mentoring Project, an organization that offered free tutoring to underprivileged elementary school students. Ms. Stemer eventually earned the University of Florida Levin College of Law Pro Bono Award Certificate of Excellence for having volunteered over 180 hours while enrolled. In 2011, she was admitted to the Florida Bar and then to the United States District Court Southern District of Florida in 2012.

Prior to joining Lerner Greenberg Stemer LLP, Ms. Stemer focused her practice on real estate litigation. Currently, Ms. Stemer specializes in Trademarks, copyright, licensing and related disputes, including representing clients in Petitions for Opposition and Cancellation. Furthering her volunteer work, she is currently a certified Guardian ad Litem/ Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children in the State of Florida.
